XBRL Files

Beginning in our 2nd Quarter of 2011 the SEC requires us to provide our annual and quarterly filings in and eXtensible Business Reporting Language ("XBRL"), or interactive data.  XBRL is an XML-based language used for the electronic transmission of financial data. The various XBRL exhibits included on this page have been included to provide the option of importing them into an XBRL viewer of your choice.

Users should note that this data may differ from our traditional formats.  While the same financial reporting data is reflected in both the interactive data file and the traditional format, the rendering of the traditional format financial statements may not be an exact duplicate of those in the interactive data financial statements depicted by the selected XBRL viewer. Discrepancies may result from, but are not limited to, specific element attributes, common elements across various financial disclosures, or the use of pre-defined dimensional structures.
