Partnership Strategy
NovaBay's strategy includes partnering with leading companies for certain indications. We focus on infections in two main categories: community infections and hospital infections. Community infections such as eye infections and ear infections require a large sales force and require working with general practitioners. Hospital infections are infections that are typically limited to the hospital environment, allowing this market to be served by a smaller sales force. NovaBay’s internal development is focused on hospital infections, and we aim to partner with leading companies in their areas of expertise for indications involving community infections.
